ADRYAN ADISAPUTRA TANDO (ADRYAN) is a skilled litigation lawyer with a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Indonesia and more than five years of experience at a top Indonesian law firm. Adryan specialize in bankruptcy, restructuring, land and project acquisition, with a strong track record of success in high-stakes cases.While studying, Adryan actively joined several organizations and participated in various national scale competitions, among others:

• Achieving first rank and won an individual award in one of the biggest national moot court competition related to bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment alas well as intellectual property dispute.
• Achieving first rank in a legal review competition where his team and him wrote an impressive paper on money laundering in capital market.

Since joining the firm in 2019, Adryan has represented multinational and national clients in criminal matters before the Indonesia court and major commercial disputes, including a Singaporean energy investment company in a miscellaneous lawsuit case worth IDR 1.35 trillion and in many lawsuits involving personal guarantees and mortgages, exceeding IDR 332 billion. Adryan also advised a Japanese manufacturer in an IDR 1.26 trillion apartment project acquisition and assisted a Chinese textile giant in an IDR 800 billion land acquisition in West Java.

Beyond litigation, Adryan has contributed to legal writing, co-authoring publications on financial crimes and environmental fund management.

Adryan also holds Brevet A & B accounting certifications from Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia.
